PATRIOTS INJURY report: Chris Hogan, Marcus Cannon and Malcom Brown unlikely to play on Sunday vs. Broncos

Per the team’s injury report on Thursday, all three of New England’s weapons did not participate in practice as they get ready for the Sunday Night Football tilt. Hogan (shoulder) and Cannon (ankle) are suffering from injuries sustained in their contest with the Chargers prior to their bye week, while Brown missed that game with L.A. because of his ankle injury.

With those three seemingly out of the picture it looks like Ricky Jean Francois may see some action with his new team on the defense line and wide out Phillip Dorsett may see more looks from Tom Brady with Hogan still injured as well.

As for Cannon’s spot at right tackle, that will likely be taken over by LaAdrian Waddle, who will have the assignment of going up against Von Miller.

Danny Amendola (knee), Stephon Gilmore (concussion/ankle), Cassius Marsh (shoulder) and Eric Rowe (groin) were also on the injury report, but did practice Thursday on a limited basis.

The New England Patriots are out of their bye week and ready to take down the Denver Broncos!
