The Dallas police will stop investigating the case where the running back of the Cowboys Ezequiel Elliot was involved in a bar last july 16th. The decision lies in the lack of cooperation of the affected who could not be reached.
It is also said that there were no witnesses to assist with the police to expand declarations. The issue with the law could be solved for Elliot, but we still need to know what the league thinks.
