The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed sixth-year RB DuJuan Harris, the club announced today. To make room on the roster, the team waived/injured CB Charles Gaines.
Harris, 5-7, 206, began his professional career with the Jaguars in 2011, when he played in five games and tallied nine rushes for 42 yards during his rookie season.
Gaines signed with Jacksonville on July 31 and saw action in the team’s first two preseason games.
Harris most recently played for the San Francisco 49ers, and was released by the team in May. He’s also had stints with the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers.
The Jaguars currently have 90 players on their active roster
